Black Widow Bellydance is a local dance school and performance troupe that values joy, artistry, inclusivity, and respect. Their performances are a joy to witness and participate in.
This style of American bellydance is a form of Synchronized Group Improvisation. It uses a vocabulary of movements informed by both modern and ancient dances of the MENAHT (Middle East, North Africa, Hellas (Greece), and Turkey) region fused with Western dance aesthetics.
Watch the Black Widow Belly Dance performance at the Glowing Wild Lantern Festival on the Cornerstone Community Stage, presented by Cornerstone Community Bank. All performances are subject to change.
